1. Eligibility
To use our Website or services, you confirm that:

2. Services
We provide residential and commercial painting and related services in Ontario, Canada.
All services are provided on a project-by-project basis and subject to availability, site conditions, and written estimates.
3. Quotes & Estimates
- All quotes are non-binding until accepted in writing with a signature from both parties.
- Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of inspection or consultation.
- Additional charges may apply if project scope changes or hidden conditions are discovered (e.g., rot, mold, structural issues,
additional prep work).
- Prices may expire if not accepted within the timeframe stated on the quote.
4. Payments
- Payment terms will be stated on your estimate or invoice.
- A deposit of 25% will be required before work begins.
- Final payment is due immediately upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may result in work suspension or additional fees.
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. We do not store full credit card information.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made over the phone or through email.
- Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been purchased or scheduling commitments have been made.
- If you reschedule your project within 48 hours of scheduled start date, you may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
- Weather, safety conditions, or material delays may require rescheduling.
6. Workmanship & Materials Disclaimer
- Color appearance may vary due to lighting, surface conditions, and material batches.
- Exact color matching is not guaranteed.
- Natural material imperfections may exist.
- Drying and curing times vary based on temperature and humidity.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing structural issues or defects.
7. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Website for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to access restricted systems
- Introduce malware or harmful code
- Scrape or copy Website content
- Impersonate others
- Disrupt Website operations
We may restrict or terminate access for violations.
